BIA of Washington The Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) has named Juli Bacon Associate of the Year for 2005. Bacon was one of eight people from the state of Washington nominated for the award, which was presented Nov. 3,2005 at the BIAW’s Fall Officer Installation and Awards dinner held at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, WA. The winner was determined based on points given for the nominee’ involvement in their local, state and national building associations and their contributions to the building industry. Bacon, who is NAHB Women’s Council Area 15 Trustee, a member of American Insurance Associates, LLC, and owner of JB Consulting Systems in Lake Stevens, WA, has been an active member of her local association, Master Builders Association of King & Snohomish Counties, since 2002. She serves on the state BIAW Board of Directors as well as the NAHB Board of Directors, and is the NAHB Area 15 Trustee for the National Women’s Council. |
