Juli Bacon
President

Juli Bacon is the President and owner of JB
Consulting Systems, a Human Resources Consulting and Recruiting firm, which
she started in July of 2001. Juli
has over 16 years of Human Resources and Operations management experience for
a verity of industries including construction, insurance, manufacturing, aviation
and high tech. Juli brings proven
skills in problem solving, leading teams, planning effective personnel
strategies and an understanding of organizational development. Juli has worked extensively with employee
benefits, business insurance challenges, training and team policy
development.
Juli’s grandfather was a contractor working in new construction and
remodeling. This gave her a unique
perspective and love for the building industry. Her experience in Human Resources and
Business Management along with her love for the building industry provides
a strong background to provide professional services to the construction industry.
A bachelor’s degree, insurance licenses and
specialized training in team leadership and development supports Juli’s
experience. Juli is an active member
of the Master Builders’ Association and serves on its Board of
Directors and is the 2008 Secretary.
Additionally, Bacon serves on the BIAW Board of Directors as the Secretary,
National Board of Directors and the National Women’s Council. She is the National Area 15 Trustee for
the Women’s Council and a member of NAWIC (National Association of
Women in Construction) and the Society for Human Resource Management.
